Our golden rum has a bright golden-amber hue, catching the light like polished mahogany. It forms thick, slow-moving legs when swirled in the glass, hinting at its rich and syrupy body.
 
Nose
The aroma is lush and inviting, opening with pronounced notes of sweet caramel and creamy vanilla. As it develops, you can detect a rich, jammy fruit character, like baked apple or caramelized banana, layered over subtle hints of toasted oak and a whisper of warm baking spices of cinnamon and nutmeg.
 
Palate
The flavor is sweet and full-bodied on the tongue, with a velvety smooth texture. The initial sweetness carries flavours of butterscotch and toffee. This gives way to a deeper complexity, with notes of dried apricot and tropical fruit, underscored by a mild, smoky oakiness from the barrel aging. A gentle spiciness of cinnamon and clove emerges on the mid-palate, providing a pleasant warmth.
 
Finish
The finish is long, sweet, and warming. The rich notes of brown sugar and vanilla linger, fading into a final hint of toasted oak and a delicate citrus zest, leaving a smooth and deeply satisfying impression.
